The Role:
As a New Business Commercial Account Executive you’ll work with a wide range of clients, from property owners (commercial and residential) to contractors and combined commercial risks. You’ll take ownership of generating and securing new commercial insurance business, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service from initial enquiry through to policy inception.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial sectors
- Generate and follow up on warm leads
- Present tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
- Negotiate with insurers for competitive terms
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: Experience in selling Property Insurance
- Desirable: Knowledge of Commercial Combined or Contractors Combined insurance (training provided)
- Acturis experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Cert CII qualification or willingness to work towards it (desirable)
