About Us
Coversure Peterborough, part of the highly respected Jensten Group, is committed to delivering tailored insurance solutions to businesses and individuals across the region. We have recently moved into modern new offices at the Brightfield Business Hub, providing a fresh and collaborative working environment. We are now seeking to recruit two experienced insurance professionals to continue delivering first-class service to our existing clients while helping us grow our book of business.
The Role
As an Account Handler/Account Executive at Coversure Peterborough, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments efficiently and accurately.
- Provide expert advice on a range of insurance products, ensuring the best coverage for your clients.
- Work closely with insurers to negotiate competitive terms.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients.
- Manage client documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Support colleagues to achieve team and individual targets.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who:
- Have experience in commercial insurance (preferred), or personal lines or claims (considered).
- Are confident communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Are organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering results.
- Hold relevant insurance qualifications (desirable but not mandatory – training and development will be provided).
